The new ChemTunes·ToxGPS® v4.2023 chemoinformatics platform includes updated toxicity, ADMET/PBK, safety evaluation, and ecotox data, WOE-based and reliability-driven read-across, ICH M7 GTI, and analog assessment workflows, toxicity, POD bounds, and metabolites predictors, and biological profilers to support a transparent and reproducible endpoint-specific next generation risk assessment (NGRA) for human health-related endpoints.
