Today, MN-AM announces the release of the new version 5.0.0 of the 3D structure generator CORINA Classic with improved integration capabilities into chemoinformatics and computational chemistry projects and environments. A Python module with an application programming interface (API) is now available to integrate the functionalities of CORINA Classic using the familiar Python syntax. Thus, CORINA Classic can be used directly in Python tool kits for machine learning and artificial intelligence applications. Interactive computation support for Jupyter notebooks is also provided.
