MN-AM, Molecular Networks Altamira Exhibitor-Hosted Session: Chemoinformatics Methodology to Maximize the Value of Knowledge and Data in ChemTunes·ToxGPS® and COSMOS NG
MN-AM presented the ChemTunes·ToxGPS® v5 chemoinformatics platform, empowering users with bioavailability and toxicity knowledge and in silico predictions for making better chemical safety decisions. The Express system brings new data types of NAM and bioavailability. The POD bounds calculator covers the diverse endpoints of systemic/target organs, DART, carcinogenicity, and skin sensitization. The new read-across module offers pre-built workflows for specific chemical domains of nitrosamines and bisphenols.
New plans for the public COSMOS NG platform for chemical safety assessment were also presented.
